PROCESS

Step 1:

Share your basic idea, theme, or a color palette with me using the contact form below or via email at geraldinekick.art@gmail.com. If you have an inspiration image, feel free to attach it.

Step 2:

We’ll discuss all the details in a phone call and create a final briefing, including the canvas size, colors, and subject matter.

Step 3:

After our conversation, you’ll receive a detailed price quote (excluding shipping costs if it’s a canvas—see shipping policy). Once you confirm the offer, a 50% deposit is required.

Step 4:

Once I receive the deposit, I will begin the creative process by sketching the composition elements. I’ll send you this sketch for approval before proceeding with the detailed painting and color work.

Step 5:

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork. The piece will be shipped after full payment has been received.

Please ensure that your request aligns with my artistic style. I reserve the right to decline commissions that do not fit my style.
Depending on the size and complexity of the artwork, completion may take several months.
